DOREA Educational Institute’s general scope is to offer high quality non-formal education to adults and young people, covering the three main areas of non-formal education, that is socio-cultural (popular) education, education for personal development and professional training. The professionals working at DOREA, both as staff and external consultants are specialised in delivering excellent and feasible solutions for those who wish to continue personal and professional development through life-long learning educational programmes. DOREA courses combine the most effective and fastest-growing models of applied psychology such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Transactional Analysis (AT), Enneagram and Gestalt among others. We use active learning methods in order to maximize benefits for the students and enable them to start using the new skills straight ahead. DOREA also provides personal development courses that help adult and youth learners develop and express their potential and gain practical skills that help to cope with life challenges and restore life balance. We focus on coaching, mentoring, encouraged technics of entrepreneurship, working with CEFE methodology. We also offer lectures and workshops on topics such as emotional intelligence, creative thinking skills, self awareness and self acceptance, interpersonal communication, stress management, body-mind connection, finding life purpose, NLP, Enneagram among others.
